MONCKS CORNER, S.C.—Over the weekend the ‘Corner Cloggers’ gave an emotional performance in honor of the nine people shot to death while taking part in Bible study inside the Emanuel AME Church in downtown Charleston on June 17^th.

The performance started with nine balloons being released into the blue, sunny sky. One by one, members of the group then held up poster signs that read ‘Charleston Strong,’ ‘Hate Won’t Win’ and ‘There is no one like our God!’

Those signs were then followed by nine additional ones that included the names of all the victims murdered inside the historic church. The alleged shooter, Dylann Roof, has since been arrested and charged with nine counts of murder.

The special performance took place during the town of Moncks Corner’s 4^th of July celebration Friday at the new recreation center off of Main Street.
