GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–The Goose Creek Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the woman seen in this photo.

Officers say she used a cloned credit card to make a fraudulent purchase.

This incident occurred on July 26, 2015 at the Circle K in Goose Creek, police say.

According to officers, the alleged victim attempted to purchase gas the following day and the card was declined.

Police say he then contacted Centennial Bank and was told that his card was used at the Circle K for the amount of $54.96.

The victim was told by his bank a second transaction was attempted but they had shut the card off and it did not go through.

Police say the victim told the bank that he has never been to South Carolina. He reportedly spoke to someone at Circle K and he was informed that they do have video of the suspect completing the transaction but would not release it to anyone other than the police.

The victim informed officers that he still has the physical card in his possession.
