Country singer Garth Brooks is headed to the lowcountry. He will make his first appearance in North Charleston in 19 years on February 13th. His wife, country singer Tricia Yearwood, will also join him on stage.
Tickets will go on sale at 10:00 a.m. on December 4h. There is an eight ticket limit.
