Moncks Corner’s Kinslee Mitchum Crowned “Little Miss Tiny Tot SC 2017”

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–The Little Miss & Teen Miss South Carolina Pageant was held recently in Hartsville, SC. The pageant had 135 contestants from across South Carolina compete during the week.

The winner of Little Miss Tiny Tot South Carolina was Kinslee Mitchum of Moncks Corner.

She is the daughter of Jason & Kimberly Mitchum. Kinslee won $2000 in scholarships, round crown, trophy, monogrammed banner and a bicycle.

Little Miss & Teen Miss South Carolina is one of South Carolina’s oldest pageant systems for children and young adults. It was founded in 1971 by the late Linda Floyd in Sumter, South Carolina.

Over $30,000 in scholarships were awarded at the 2017 state pageant, in addition to the beautiful crowns, scepters, trophies, monogrammed banners and other prizes. The LMSC pageant promotes community service and academic excellence, as well as encouraging poise and positive self-esteem in contestants.
