GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–A woman is behind bars following a domestic incident Sunday night in Goose Creek.
Deputies with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office responded to 125 Liberty Hall Road regarding a domestic incident with a stabbing.
According to Chief Deputy Mike Cochran, the woman and the victim resided in the same residence.
Deputies say the man’s injuries were not believed to be life-threatening. He was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
The woman was taken into custody pending warrant service for Criminal Domestic Violence, High & Aggravated Nature, deputies stated.
