Bi-Lo Re-Opens Two Recently Remodeled Stores in Berkeley County

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–BI-LO officially re-opened two recently remodeled stores in Berkeley County in response to customers who asked for an improved shopping experience.

As part of the grand reopening ceremony and to officially reintroduce the Goose Creek and Sangaree community to the new and improved stores, a ribbon cutting took place on July 26 at the store located at 142 East St. James Avenue in Goose Creek and 1625 North Main Street in Summerville.

With a new concept and features, customers will immediately notice enhancements throughout both newly remodeled stores, including:

  • New façade signage and a fresh, contemporary color palate and modern store signage inside.
  • Newly updated farm-fresh produce department with an expanded selection of fruits and vegetables, including organic varieties.
  • Improved deli with expanded grab and go meal options for added convenience, including fresh salads and sub sandwiches.
  • New BBQ Smokehouse chicken, ribs, pork, and brisket- hand rubbed, seasoned and smoked for 12 hours.
  • Expanded bakery department with new selections, displays and fresh bread daily.
  • Updated meat and seafood department featuring new selections.
  • New health and beauty section with expanded offerings.
  • Expanded grocery selection with additional products and assortments now available.
  • Updated floral department with a fresh, new look and a wide variety of new products arriving daily.

SANGAREE BI-LO

Goose Creek and Sangaree customers were invited to sample delicious food from local vendors as they checked out BI-LO’s new look, expanded offerings and savings. The events also included community donations to Helping Hands of Goose Creek and Medical University of South Carolina.

The first 500 customers to arrive at 8:00 a.m. received a free BI-LO mystery gift card valued between $5 and $500. In celebration of the new SE Grocers rewards loyalty program, the first 500 customers also received a Fuel Rewards® code.

The new and improved Goose Creek BI-LO and Sangaree BI-LO are both open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week.
