BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – A multi-agency crime operation in Berkeley County led to 10 arrests, numerous citations, and the seizure of illegal drugs and firearms, according to a statement released Monday by the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office.
Dubbed “Operation All of the Lights,” the initiative targeted narcotics activity, outstanding warrants, and traffic violations across Goose Creek and Ladson. The coordinated effort included support from the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED), the South Carolina Department of Probation, Parole and Pardon Services, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and the Goose Creek Police Department.
Deputies made 10 arrests on charges ranging from drug possession to firearms violations and traffic offenses. In addition, officers issued 69 public contact warnings and 18 citations. The Sheriff’s Office Traffic Unit reported enforcement actions for seatbelt violations, speeding, uninsured vehicles, and Move Over Law infractions. One uninsured vehicle was towed.

Goose Creek Police contributed six officers to the operation, responding to 33 calls for service, conducting 30 traffic stops, and issuing 47 citations. A joint warrant sweep involving BCSO, Goose Creek Police, and state probation officers resulted in the service of seven warrants and the arrest of three individuals.

“This operation is another example of our continued commitment to keeping Berkeley County safe. By working together with our local partners, we were able to take drugs, illegal firearms, and dangerous offenders off the streets,” Berkeley County Sheriff Duane Lewis stated. “The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office will continue to coordinate with partner agencies to proactively address crime and ensure public safety.”
Officials say the operation reflects an ongoing strategy to reduce crime through collaboration and targeted enforcement. Further initiatives are expected in the coming months.
