
GOOSE CREEK, S.C. — An Oklahoma man is facing felony charges in South Carolina after Goose Creek Police Department investigators arrested him in an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) case involving the alleged solicitation of a minor.
South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced the arrest of 20‑year‑old Brantly Leon Griffin, of Choctaw, Oklahoma, on two charges connected to the sexual exploitation of a minor.

According to investigators, Griffin solicited a minor for sex and sent sexually explicit images to the victim. Goose Creek Police, who serve as members of the state’s ICAC Task Force, led the investigation and made the arrest on March 18, 2026.

Griffin is charged with one count of criminal solicitation of a minor, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, and one count of disseminating obscene material to a person under 18, also punishable by up to 10 years.
The South Carolina Attorney General’s Office will prosecute the case.
Wilson emphasized that all defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
