BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCIV) – A representative with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office says a missing 71-year-old has been found safe and safe.
Gladis Callum was originally reported missing on Friday after she was last seen on College Park Road. According to deputies, Callum was last seen walking from the Sunoco Station around 3:30 p.m.
Fortunately, she was located a day later and returned home.
No word on what prompted the elderly woman to disappear to begin with. It’s not known if Callum has dementia or Alzheimer’s.
