BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–According to Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury, Timothy Brain Austin, 55 of Ridgeville, was traveling west on Fish Road in Berkeley County when his sedan ran off the right side of the roadway Saturday around 11:30 p.m.
Salisbury says his vehicle struck several trees and overturned, partially ejecting him.
He was not wearing a seatbelt and was pronounced dead on the scene.
His death has been ruled accidental and was investigated by the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office and the SC Highway Patrol.
