The Athens County Prosecutor’s Office in Athens County, Ohio needs help locating Timothy Alan Horvath, 39.
Authorities say he is a material witness in crimes involving a narcotics trafficking ring in Ohio.
Horvath is 5’ 11’’ and weighs 170 pounds. He also has brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last known to be at an unspecified substance abuse rehabilitation facility located in South Carolina.
