BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–According to Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury, SLED is investigating a death of an inmate in the Berkeley County detention center.
The coroner’s office is also investigating.
Little is known surrounding the circumstances; however, Salisbury stated that more information will be released as it becomes available.
