Hanahan Police, Fire Department Responding to Train vs. Pedestrian Incident

HANAHAN, S.C.–The Hanahan Police Department and the Hanahan Fire Department are responding to a train versus pedestrian at the Eagle Landing Blvd. railroad crossing.

Police have confirmed that one person, a white male, has died on scene.

Authorities are asking drivers to avoid the area.

Hanahan officials confirmed the incident around 8:00 p.m. on Friday.

They say the crossing will be closed for several hours.
