BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–One person has died following a recent vehicle accident near Ridgeville.
On April 22, 2019, a car traveling westbound rear-ended a parked truck at exit 197.
According to Berkeley County Coroner George Oliver, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
The coroner is not releasing the identity of the driver at this time.
