GOOSE CREEK, S.C. — Creekapalooza at the Daning Amphitheater has officially sold out, but music fans can still join the waitlist for one of the city’s biggest free concerts of the year.
Platinum-selling country-rock band Sister Hazel will headline the event on Saturday, Sept. 13, along with performances by Cravin’ Melon and Jupiter Coyote. Gates open at 5 p.m. with Cravin’ Melon kicking things off at 6 p.m. Jupiter Coyote will follow at 7:05 p.m., and Sister Hazel will close the night with a set starting at 8:30 p.m.
The Gainesville, Fla., band Sister Hazel first rose to national attention in 1997 with their hit “All for You,” which reached the top of the adult alternative charts and helped earn their album platinum status. The group has continued to build a loyal following, blending rock, alternative, and country sounds while maintaining a strong connection with fans through events like “The Rock Boat” and “Camp Hazelnut.” Their nonprofit, Lyrics for Life, has raised more than $5 million for cancer research and patient care.

Joining them is South Carolina’s Cravin’ Melon, a band formed in 1994 that achieved regional success and national radio play with their song “Come Undone.” Known for their energetic live shows, the group remains a popular draw across the Southeast.
Also on the lineup is Jupiter Coyote, veterans of the jam band circuit with more than 5,000 shows under their belt. Their self-described “Mountain Rock” sound mixes Southern Appalachian boogie with bluegrass, funk, and rock.
While tickets are no longer available, those hoping to attend can sign up for the waitlist through the event’s online registration page. Free parking will be available at the venue.
