GOOSE CREEK, S.C. — Carnes Crossroads has earned national recognition as one of the top-selling master-planned communities in the United States, cementing its place among the country’s most successful and innovative residential developments.
Industry leaders John Burns Research and Consulting and RCLCO recently ranked Carnes Crossroads No. 38 and No. 42, respectively, on their lists of the nation’s top 50 master-planned communities. The rankings highlight communities that excel in sales performance, design, affordability, quality of life features and buyer incentives.
The honors come amid additional national recognition for the Goose Creek community, including multiple nominations from the National Association of Home Builders’ prestigious “The Nationals” awards program. Carnes Crossroads was named a Gold finalist from more than 1,100 entries nationwide in several categories, including Best Special Promotion, Best Lifestyle Program for a Community, Best Sales Experience, Best Community Amenity and Master Planned Community of the Year.
