The 85-home development is located just outside downtown Moncks Corner, an area that has seen steady population growth as families and retirees seek alternatives to denser parts of the Charleston region. Homes in Creek Pointe range from three to five bedrooms and two to four bathrooms, with floor plans spanning roughly 1,470 to just over 3,000 square feet. Prices start at $386,900, according to information provided online by the builder.

The neighborhood includes paved walking paths, neighborhood ponds, and a mix of home sites, including some larger lots. Developers say the design emphasizes a smaller, more connected community rather than a large-scale subdivision, a model that has become increasingly common as the county continues to grow.
Creek Pointe’s location places it within a short drive of grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers, while outdoor recreation remains nearby. Lake Moultrie’s public boat ramp is roughly 15 minutes away, offering access to boating and fishing that remain central to life in this part of South Carolina.
The community is being built by Hunter Quinn Homes, a mid-sized homebuilder with dozens of active communities across South Carolina and North Carolina.
