BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–According to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, deputies have arrested the man wanted for burglarizing the Macedonia Handy Mart on July 4th. ย The store is located off of Highway 17A between Jamestown and Moncks Corner.
Authorities stated that David Hill was captured around 7:45 p.m. Friday near the Williamsburg County line.
Deputies on patrol stated that they spotted him driving a vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. They were then able to apprehend him.
Hill is facing several charges including: burglary 2nd degree and grand larceny under $10,000.
He is also facing further charges related to his activities from Friday evening.
