BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office has released the identities of a Pineville couple killed in car crash around 10 p.m. on Monday.
According to Berkeley County Bill Salisbury, Sharlen Robinson, 48, and James Robinson, 68, were killed when their car ran off the right side of Highway 45 near Oakland Club Road and hit a tree.
Salisbury stated that James Robinson was wearing a seatbelt, however, Sharlen Robinson, the driver, was not.
The deaths were ruled accidental and was investigated by the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
