15 funny street names you’ll find only in Berkeley County


Berkeley County folks clearly have a sense of humor when it comes to naming roads. Below are just a few of the street signs we recently came across in our travels across the biggest county in the Palmetto State. Some of them will make you laugh, shake your head or both. Enjoy 🙂

1. We’re not sure what kind of farm animals live down here, but we certainly didn’t want to find out. (St. Stephen)

11. Either someone liked guns or that old cowboy show when this road was named. But, heck, it’s Berkeley County, so both were probably inspirations for giving this road a name. (Macedonia)
