HANAHAN, S.C.–Hanahan Police need the public’s help identifying the man in the photo on the left.
According to cops, on Wednesday shortly before 10 a.m. a black, enclosed trailer was stolen from the yard of a Hanahan homeowner near Belvedere Drive at Murray Drive.
Witness accounts provided a driver and vehicle description.
Investigators were able to get a hold of surveillance video showing a white 2003-2006 GMC Yukon XL, SLT backing into the parking lot of Hanahan High School, the driver exiting the vehicle and opening the hatch.
The video then reportedly shows the driver putting on a trailer hitch.
Officers say he then drove off towards Belvedere Drive and Murray Drive.
