WHO & WHAT: Berkeley County School District is currently accepting applications for school bus drivers and will host a training for drivers who apply.
WHEN & WHERE: Apply online at www.bcsdschools.net. Training, for drivers who apply, is February 8 – 11, 2016 from 8:30am-2:30pm at 231 East Main St. Moncks Corner, SC 29461.
MORE INFORMATION: BCSD is currently accepting applications for school bus drivers. The hourly pay range offered is $11.64 – $ 18.49, including health insurance, retirement and sick leave. Interested individuals are encouraged to apply online at www.bcsdschools.net. Applicants can look under “Quick Links” and click on “Employment Opportunities” to submit an application for the school bus driver positions. After applying, drivers will be contacted to register for the driver training beginning February 8, 2016.
To apply, applicants must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver’s license. Applicants must successfully complete school bus drivers training and be certified and licensed by South Carolina Department of Education. Applicants must have a good driving record (no more than 4 points against your license); and must pass a physical performance test, drug test and criminal background check.
