GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–First responders were able to remove a truck submerged in water off of Red Bank Road Sunday afternoon.
The good news is that no one was located inside the truck.
According to authorities, there is also no indication that a person was in the pond.
First responders say the truck was found with the windows rolled up and the doors locked.
The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office’s Dive Team assisted the Goose Creek Police Department and Goose Creek Fire Department with an extensive dive operation earlier today in the retention pond.
The incident occurred at the Hallmark Apartments off of Redbank Road.
