Three men now linked to fatal St. Stephen shooting

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.—Authorities say they’ve made a third arrest in the shooting death of 41-year-old John Morant. Brandon Antwane Wigfall, 22, was taken into custody Thursday morning by U.S. Marshals. He was located in downtown Charleston.
