GOOSE CREEK, S.C.–Authorities are investigating a second playground fire in Goose Creek in less than a year.

On Sunday, firefighters were called out to Boulder Bluff Elementary School to put out a fire that started in that location shortly before 2 p.m.

When crews arrived on scene, they found the entire playground engulfed in flames.

Luckily, there were no injuries. However, the fire is being described as suspicious.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation by the Goose Creek Police Department.

This is not the first playground to go up in flames in Goose Creek.

On April 27, 2014 firefighters were called to a playground fire at Fairfax Boulevard and Waterford Place where they found it entirely engulfed in flames.

Goose Creek Police deemed that fire suspicious as well.
