Cassey Ho, a fitness blogger, has taken it into her own hands to shut down body shamers. The super fit blogger was getting body shamed on social media and the negative comments were getting to her. The comments she says were hurtful and also made her cry. The fitness guru took it into her own hands and created a video virtually recreating her body. Cassey says it’s so hard to tell what’s real nowadays with Photoshop and women are constantly trying to fit the definition of what beauty is. The video she created has reached 2 million views so far so she must be making an impact.
