Cypress Gardens Welcomes Popular Author Mary Alice Monroe

MONCKS CORNER, S.C.–Cypress Gardens proudly presents a summer afternoon tea with one of the Lowcountry’s favorite authors, Mary Alice Monroe.

Guests will enjoy hot and cold teas and a delightful buffet while listening to Monroe read excerpts from her latest book, The Lowcountry Summer Trilogy: The Summer’s End.

“We are pleased to welcome Mary Alice Monroe for this special literary tea,” says Heather Graham, Manager of Cypress Gardens.  “Seating is limited to make the afternoon more intimate.”
