BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 76-year-old James Edward Harper of Summerville.
Harper was reported missing by family members after walking away from his residence on Gains Mill Drive located in Wind Gate Mobile Home Park off Myers Road in Summerville.
Harper is suffering from the early stages of dementia and is considered an endangered adult.
Harper is described as a white male with gray hair and blue eyes approximately 5-foot 10-inches tall and weighing approximately 175 pounds.
He was last seen wearing an orange shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
