MONCKS CORNER, S.C.–Come this fall, the town of Moncks Corner will have a brand new, state-of-the-art recreation center.

Six years in the making, the complex will include a baseball diamond, football/soccer fields, tennis courts, area for a farmer’s market and complex itself.

The 50-acre complex  is being funded by the town’s hospitality tax

To capitalize on these new amenities, town leaders say the community has indicated that it wants to be more involved in shaping the future of downtown Moncks Corner.

As a result, town leaders are asking the community to help them identify initiatives to continue to improve downtown Moncks Corner by answering a short, 9-question survey.

The survey can be accessed by clicking here.

It is administered by the Town of Moncks Corner in partnership with the Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce.
