GOOSE CREEK, S.C.—The Goose Creek Police Department recently purchased seven new Dodge Chargers to replace several of their older vehicles.
After a visit to the sign shop, they’ll be marked and ready for patrol.
This is the department’s second year buying the Chargers.
“We have had pretty good service from them thus far,” wrote officers on the department’s official Facebook page. “Equipment space is becoming a challenge no matter the model.”
So far, the department has gotten nothing but positive feedback from the community.
“Great looking cars. I hope they will serve you well and safely for many years!” stated Barbara Nichols Bowers.
“So wonderful to see! Keep up the good work and stay safe!” wrote Jacquelynn Amend.
