Lennar To Build 40 Homes At The Coves At Lakes Of Cane Bay‏

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–Lennar, the nation’s only A+ homebuilder according to Builder Magazine, has announced that it will build 40 homes at The Coves at Lakes of Cane Bay, the newest community in the award-winning Cane Bay Plantation.

HardiPlank® siding, raised foundations and breathtaking lakefront properties are all on offer, along with a quartet of brand new floor plans. The homes range from three to five bedrooms and from 1,804 to 2,849 square feet. Prices begin in the mid-200s and homes will be ready beginning later this summer.
