Impresa Aerospace Establishing Berkeley County Operations, Expected To Create 72 Jobs

impresa aerospaceBERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–Impresa Aerospace, a leading manufacturer in the aerospace industry, has acquired Dynamic Solutions and its existing Lowcountry manufacturing facility, effectively establishing Impresa’s first South Carolina operations in Berkeley County.

Through its multi-million dollar investment, Impresa is expected to create 72 new jobs in Goose Creek, S.C. over the next five years.

“Impresa Aerospace’s investment in Berkeley County is further proof that Berkeley County is open for business, and Berkeley County means business. Berkeley County will support Impresa Aerospace anyway we can to ensure job growth for many years to come,” Berkeley County Supervisor Bill Peagler stated.

Impresa Aerospace’s origins in the Southern California aerospace supply chain can be traced back more than 50 years. In 2014, Impresa Aerospace was acquired by Twin Haven Capital Partners, LLC – fueling the company’s growth, including the South Carolina expansion, through its equity capital resources.

“The City of Goose Creek is the best place to raise children in South Carolina because of its safe neighborhoods, its excellent schools, a unique hiker-biker system and a parks and recreation program that is second to none,” stated Goose Creek Mayor Michael Heitzler. “The City welcomes Impresa Aerospace and the 72 jobs it will bring, and we look forward to a long and beneficial relationship.”

Headquartered in Gardena, California, Impresa is a premier original equipment manufacturer and tier one provider of complex structures and components for virtually every aerospace platform – including commercial jets, regional and business aircraft and military aircraft.

Impresa’s Berkeley County operations will be housed in the existing Dynamic Solutions building, which is located at Five Corporate Parkway in Goose Creek, S.C.

“The opportunity to acquire an existing, underutilized manufacturing footprint in the dynamic South Carolina market was immediately appealing,” stated Twin Haven Capital Managing Partner Rob Webster. “Impresa is focused on providing high quality solutions to our customers, and this new facility ideally positions us to meet the growing needs of Boeing and other key customers in the region.”

With the acquisition completed, hiring for the 72 new positions is underway. Those interested in joining the Impresa Aerospace team should visit the company’s careers page online.
