BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–Clemson Extension Service is offering two final canning classes before the end of 2015.
Jams and Jellies workshop will take place on Saturday, September 12 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm at the Berkeley County Extension Office in Moncks Corner.
Holiday Gifts from the Kitchen will take place from 10:00 am – 4:00 pm at Dean Hall inside of Cypress Gardens.
Learn current USDA tested methods for preserving foods in each class. Participants will receive a copy of the Ball Blue Book, handouts and item(s) prepared in class.
