Berkeley County Deputies, U.S. Marshals Arrest Nine Fugitives

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–On Wednesday, February 10th 2016, Berkeley County detectives along with the U.S. Marshals fugitive task force, conducted a warrants sweep.

The combined effort operation lasted approximately 4 hours and netted 9 arrest and cleared 33 active warrants, authorities stated.

The following individuals were arrested during the said operations:

1) Michelle Bucher- Breach of Trust with fraudulent Intent Valued $2,000 or less

2) Jarion Martino- Receiving Stolen Goods valued $2,000 or less

3) Miranda Blaton- Receiving Stolen goods valued $2,000 or less (bench warrant)

Receiving Stolen Goods valued $2,000 or less (arrest warrant)

4) Kathryn Ray- Banking / Federally Chartered or Insured Financial Institution Crime x 5

Forgery, value less than $10,000 x 3

5) Christian Deleon – Malicious Injury to Animals, Personal property, valued $2,000 or less

6) Matthew Bertram- Burglary 2nd Degree x 14 counts

7) Kyial Spann- Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minor 1st degree
Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minor 2nd Degree
Criminal Sexual Conduct with Minor 3rd degree

8) Travis Ard- Criminal Sexual Conduct 3rd Degree (No photo available at this time)

9) Bobby Hiott – Breach of Trust, valued $2,000 less
Receiving Stolen Goods , Valued $2,000 less
