Deputies: Suspect Who Crashed Car Into A House & Fled Scene Finally Arrested

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–Less than 48 hours after deputies say a man crashed his car into a house on Princeton Road Wednesday night after trying to flee, an arrest in the case has been made.

Fredrick Hayes Kellar, 24, of unincorporated Goose Creek has been arrested by detectives with the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Drug Enforcement Unit.

Kellar was identified as the driver of the vehicle, deputies say. According to authorities, his car contained 355 gross grams of marijuana.

Deputies say one person inside the house Kellar crashed into received minor injures.

Kellar has been charged with failure to stop for blue lights, drug possession and evading arrest.
