BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C.–An inmate has died at Macdougall Correctional Facility, according to Berkeley County Coroner George Oliver.
The inmate was 62 years old.
Oliver says an autopsy will be conducted in Newberry. No foul play is suspected.
The inmate’s name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
