Missing Woman With Dementia Found Safe In Georgia: BCSO

UPDATE: Brodersen was located SAFE in Georgia, BCSO confirmed at 5:27 p.m.

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – The Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered adult with dementia.

According to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, they are looking for 88-year-old Patricia F. Brodersen.

She was last seen at the Knights Inn in the St. George area.

Prior to that, she was last seen at her residence located in the Sedgefield neighborhood in the Goose Creek area of Berkeley County.

Deputies said Brodersen has a history of leaving and then asking random strangers for help to find her way home. She was last seen driving her 2010 white Kia Optima bearing South Carolina license number MRH393.
