Presentation On New Master-Planned Community In Cainhoy Area Happening Wednesday

BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – The Berkeley Chamber will host a briefing and special presentation on one of Berkeley County’s newest master-planned communities – Point Hope, on Wednesday, April 27th, with special guest speaker Matt Sloan, President & CEO, DI Development Company. 

The company is also behind the development of Daniel Island and Carnes Crossroads. 

Registration and networking will begin at 8:30 a.m. with the presentation starting at 9 a.m. at The Hub at Point Hope, which is at 1049 Point Hope Parkway.

Located within Charleston’s city limits, Point Hope is already home to three Berkeley County schools, a fully leased shopping center and nearly 700 households, with much more to come.  

This program will offer an opportunity to learn the latest developments and projections for the Point Hope community.
