CROSS, S.C. – The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office has identified the motorcyclist killed in a crash Friday night in Cross.
According to Chief Deputy Coroner Kelly Kraus, the motorcyclist is Ross Sellers, 46, of Cross. The crash happened around 8:45 p.m., South Carolina Highway Patrol confirmed.
SCHP Master Trooper Brandon J. Bolt said Sellers was driving a 2009 Harley Davidson motorcycle when he traveled off the right side of the road and struck a ditch.
Kraus said he was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
