PINEVILLE, S.C. – A Pineville family is recovering after a fire damaged their home Monday afternoon, according to the Red Cross.
Disaster-trained volunteers with the nonprofit assisted a family of three whose home is located on Highway 45 in Berkeley County.
The Red Cross is helping the trio by providing financial assistance for immediate needs such as food, clothing, and shelter, along with referrals to much-needed resources.

People can donate to the Red Cross by visiting redcross.org, calling 1-800-RED-CROSS, or texting the word REDCROSS to 90999 to make a $10 donation.
