MONCKS CORNER, S.C. – If your daily commute in Moncks Corner usually involves driving through Main Street around noon, expect some delays on Monday.
The Berkeley County Progressive League will host a Celebration of Life and Legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parade on Jan. 15.
According to the Moncks Corner Police Department, the parade will begin at Main Street on Delta Pharmacy Way at 12 p.m. and continue to Stag Street.
Roads will be shut down as the parade passes through and reopened once the road is cleared. Drivers should expect delays while the parade is underway, police said.
