BONNEAU BEACH, S.C. – Berkeley County deputies responded to a robbery that occurred at a Bonneau Beach convenience store over the weekend.
According to the Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office, around 6:30 p.m. on Sunday, Berkeley County 911 dispatchers received a call about a possible robbery at the Bonn Grocery store at 936 Black Oak Road.
Once on scene, deputies learned that someone walked into the store and yanked the cash register off of the counter. That person then exited the store.
At this time, no other details were provided. Detectives have taken over the investigation.
