BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – Early voting is officially underway for the Berkeley County School Board District 8 Special Election, giving local voters the chance to cast their ballots before Election Day on May 6.
If you’re a registered voter in District 8, head to the Berkeley County Voter Registration and Elections Office, located at 1003 Hwy. 52 in Moncks Corner. Early voting is available weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Friday, May 2—but don’t wait too long!

Remember, this is the only early voting site for this special election, so mark your calendar. On Election Day, Tuesday, May 6, polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to give you plenty of time to make your voice heard.
