BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. – A new townhome model by Stanley Martin Homes has officially opened in Brighton Park Village, part of the growing Nexton community in Summerville.

The three-story floor plan, known as The Jenkins, features more than 1,900 square feet of living space and is available in three- and four-bedroom options. It includes a two-car garage, outdoor living area, and a flex room on the ground level suited for a home office, gym, or playroom.

Interior features include oak staircases, quartz countertops, hard-surface flooring, and built-in electric fireplaces. The open-plan main level includes a large kitchen with an island and a living area designed for entertaining. The primary suite includes an en suite bathroom and a walk-in closet.

The townhomes are located within walking distance of several local amenities, including Dayfield Park, Nexton Square, and upcoming businesses like Go Dog, a café and dog daycare currently under construction. Residents will also have access to walking trails, green spaces, and pools in both the Brighton Park and Midtown neighborhoods.

Cassie Cataline, marketing director at Nexton, said the new homes reflect the development’s emphasis on walkability and community-oriented design.

Stanley Martin Homes also plans to introduce a condominium development in the same area, with more details expected soon.

Nexton, one of South Carolina’s largest master-planned communities, has sold more than 3,300 homes to date and is currently home to over 11,000 residents.
