ST. STEPHEN, S.C.–On Feb. 29, at 9:45 p.m., a pedestrian, Daniel Ford, 43,of St. Stephen, was crossing highway 52 several miles south of St. Stephen, Berkeley County Coroner Bill Salisbury stated.
